Satisfy your craving to crunch

If you are like me you love to eat potato chips, It's the crunch!!! Unfortunately they are not good for you, here's a healthy option, These kale chips were so easy to make.

What you'll need:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup

  • 2 cloves of garlic

How to make them:

  1. Rip the leaves off the stems and brake them up into chip size pieces.

  2. Place the kale into a plastic bag.

  3. In the blender, wizz up: the coconut oil, maple syrup and garlic

  4. Pour this into the bag over the Kale and mix it thoroughly.

  5. Pour it all onto an oven tray, baked it for15 minutes in a hot oven at 320F.
