How can Therapy Balls help?
Therapy balls are a beautiful complement to your yoga practice or any physical activity or inactivity.
The sequence is geared toward relaxation. The balls are designed to massage the muscles & connective tissue and hydrate fascia.
The balls facilitate a micro stretch allowing each muscle to pull its own weight. Improved circulation within the muscle in turn lubricates joints.
With a set of Therapy balls no bigger than your hand you can get to know your body better, address scar tissue and those tight spots. Your body will love you for it!
What can yoga do for you?
Yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath awareness) not only lead you to new strength and flexibility in your body but many who start a regular practice find themselves calmer and more able to recognize and cope with stress in their lives.
Many are drawn to a meditation practice soon after starting yoga and create an important space for personal growth.
