

cauliflower pizza - this is not a joke!
I hear jokes about gluten free cauliflower pizza, so instead of just chuckling along I decided to give it a go. I looked at a few recipes on the internet, decided what I had on hand, picked some herbs from my garden. The crust was easy to make I decided to microwave the cauliflower so it didn't get any added moisture, 6 minutes on high covered. Formed the shape, baked it for 25 minutes at 350, popped on the topping baked it again for 20 minutes. It is absolutely Yum Scrum but


A lovely vegetable soup is on the boil
What's cooking in my kitchen today? Well a lovely vegetable soup is on the boil, and about to go in the oven, roast vegies, portobello mushroom and eggplant. I am imagiining the delicious dishes I will make with these ingredients, maybe pasta, maybe risotto. Yum Scrum!
