This is my new favorite way to cook salmon. Beets pack a huge punch for health benefits they are antioxidant, anti inflammatory, detoxifying. High in folates, manganese, potassium to name just a few. I washed these organic beets then boiled, covered in water with 1/2 cup of Rice wine vinegar, 5 cloves, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 bay leaf, 1 small onion for 30 minutes. If you are like me you love to eat potato chips, It's the crunch!!! Unfortunately they are not good for you, here's a healthy option, These kale chips were so easy to make. What you'll need: 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 tablespoons Maple syrup 2 cloves of garlic How to make them: Rip the leaves off the stems and brake them up into chip size pieces.
