Breakfast, Yum Scrum! This is the only breakfast that gets me through the morning without being hungry and snacking.
Pictured is a serving for two. It's warm, hearty and nutritious.
What's in it?
1 cup rolled oats, water and vanilla almond milk to cover.
1 teaspn chia seeds
1 tablespn Flax meal and nuts (whatever you like)
a few raisins, (I microwave the above for 5 minutes)
.... Stir and add blueberries, chopped apple, grapes, I also had a peach for today.
