Instead of that coffee in the afternoon, fill yourself, nourish your body with this creamy drink, I swear it tastes like a dessert, has good oils, Vitamin E, great fiber and delicious too boot.

What you'll need:
Small hand full of Walnuts
1/4 an Avocado
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (low in sugar high in probiotics)
Almond Milk to generously cover
Ground flax and chia seeds (fiber)
Quantities and ingredients are highly flexible - get creative!
How to make this treat:
It's a good idea to pop the prunes and Walnuts in some boiling water and sit them in the fridge overnight. I suggest you use what you have available be flexible and experimental.
All you do is pop all the ingredients into your NutriBullet or blender - and your smoothie is ready to go!!!
