The cubed spagetti squash burst with texture with every bite I took, it surprised me and I could not wait to try another piece. The squash is a complex Carbohydrate giving me sustained energy all afternoon. I baked it for 40 minutes at 360, peeled it, chopped it into cubes. The tomato, mozzarella, olives, basil all soaked with balsamic and olive&flax oil.
