A base for risotto and salad

So Monday I cook.... My plan is to use these ingredients for Risotto and to toss in salad. The parsnip and carrot are being roasted. 

The mushroom, onion, garlic and bell pepper, lightly stir fried to release the flavor. Easy and Yum Scrum!
