This is my new favorite way to cook salmon.

 

What you'll need:

  • 1/4 cup of raw cashews

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

  • A little egg white

  • Olive oil

  • a little butter optional

I pop the raw cashews and and coconut flakes in the blender, wiz it...
